Separately, what makes us different from other bespoke jewellers is that we provide a wide range of material options for our customers to choose from. This flexibility would allow our customers to create bespoke pieces that meet their budget. In this regard, we can make your bespoke pieces in materials ranging from 9k gold, 14k gold, and 18k gold.
We personally love anything personalised and therefore all of our pieces are completely customizable from your selected material and Moissanite to the intricacies of your design.
We believe Moissanite is a truly special gem and should be embraced for its unique inherent qualities which are similar, if not (arguably) better than its Diamond counterpart. The fact that all Moissanites in the market now are lab created has made them the perfect gem to exist in today's modern eco-conscious society.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
We provide Limited Lifetime Warranty on our Moissanite in which we give assurance that our Moissanite shall pass the diamond thermal test and will maintain its brilliance and fire throughout the lifetime of its owner.
This warranty does not include theft, loss, disappearance or the loss of optical properties of brilliance due to lack of proper jewellery care, incidental or intentional damage, such as scraping, breakage or chipping.
Manufacturing Warranty
If you feel the jewellery item you purchased has manufacturing defects within 7 days of receipt, Orion Jewellery will repair or replace the piece free of charge provided that Orion Jewellery is contacted within 7 days from the date of receipt. Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. Our warranty will only be valid if the jewellery item is proven by our independent jewellers to be defective due to the manufacturing process.
Our warranty does not cover loss, changes in appearance, gradual degradation, accidents, damage, and breakage due to wear and tear or improper use or storage of your jewellery. Replacement or repair is at the sole discretion of Orion Jewellery. Charges may apply for the repair or replacement of pieces deemed outside warranty.
